We had a lovely stay in this beautiful condo. It is as pictured and the neighbors are friendly. It's located across from CalTech and houses a mixture of private residents and CalTech faculty. This was our 3rd stay in the area and definitely the best of them.

This was our third stay at Glen Ivy, and once again, it did not disappoint. The location is fantastic, and the condo offers many amenities allowing us to make full use of the kitchen. We love the outdoor patio and the on site laundry facilities. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay excluding the shower in the master bedroom which is still not working normally. It could be the instant hot water heaters as the guest bedroom shower failed to heat up on two instances.

The apartment was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. I received a beautiful welcome basket which I thought was generous and thoughtful.
Overall, I had a nice experience, no complaints.

Glen Ivy was a great condo. The design inside is impeccable and we couldn't ask for a better location. The floors were beautiful, new appliances and the management team was attentive. Also, having an assigned parking spot came in handy! I would highly recommend this condo.

This is a beautifully furnished condo with new appliances and a very well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. Comfy beds and very nice bathrooms. I highly recommend it.

We are from AZ and our son in LA has been in ICU for almost 2 months. The last thing we wanted to deal with is trying to find a nice, safe, and comfortable place to stay. Kathleen and her staff welcomed us with open arms. The took all that stress away from us and was very accommodating to our needs. The condo felt like home and had everything we needed and then some. I highly recommend this home for your stay.

My family of 4 stayed at Glen Ivy for 9 weeks this summer. It was a perfect home base for our adventures. The place has everything you could need! We mentioned wanting a fan given the heat, and Kate brought 2 right over. We had a few maintenance issues come up and Kate & Kathleen were quick to take care of things. The local area is great, lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance and the CalTech campus is beautiful. Parking spot was great to have. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Pasadena!

Nice place and excellent location. Walked to bars and restaurants.onky issue is the place only had basic TV channels. With Stanley cup playoffs and golf season underway I could only watch basic tv. Spend a few extra dollars and get premium channels

This is a lovely unit tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and easy to walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The kitchen is extremely well equipped - nice appliances, tons of pots and pans - everything you need for your stay is there. We also really enjoyed sitting out on the garden patio with the fountain on. We loved our stay and will definitely come and stay again!

A very elegant residence with all the latest appliances and full internet and maximum Uverse service. I really enjoyed the quiet area and the garden patio. What a great dual leather lounger! I was on TDY and appreciated all the little things such as the kitchen utensils, soft towels and super shower. Highly recommended. Walking distance to lots of shopping. Only downside - no pool, but with my work hours there wasn't much time for that anyway.

This condo was PERFECT. Pristine, cozy, and a tiny walk to the Lake Avenue shops and restaurants. The owners gave us a WONDERFUL gift basket with wine, snacks and coffee! The home was stocked with every comfort and convenience item we could have wanted. I loved the library/reading nook in the master bedroom. We really loved it.

This unit is clearly someone’s home and is outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well appointed. We cooked everyday and were able to do that easily as the kitchen has everything needed. Only negative is that the carpets could use a thorough cleaning. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was comfortable and very well equipped with everything you needed. It is in a safe and quiet area. Walking distance for shops, restaurants and buses. Garden is quiet and relaxing. Huntington Library and Norton Simon musuem, both in Pasadena, are worth a visit.

Glen Ivy was a perfect spot for us to stay in Pasadena. The condo is beautiful, and the location is ideal for walking to restaurants and shopping. The decor in the condo is elegant and functional. It is eqipped with everything we could possibly need including a very well stocked kitchen. The putdoor patio was private and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Pasadena sunshine. We loved staying there for two months and will certainly return.

Glen Ivy is a very elegant residence. Everything you could want and need was made available. The other reviews cover all the amenities provided. Attention to detail in every room! Property management was wonderful! Very helpful and responsive when/if needed. Will keep this on our short list of places to stay in Pasadena.

We spent 5 days in this lovely hide-away in the heart of Pasadena. The condo is everything it depicts in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you could ever want, the patio is lovely, and everything in the condo is geared to the occupants comfort and convenience.

We stayed at this lovely condo for two weeks. This is our second time renting this Condo and every time we stay we have a wonderful experience!! The condo is equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect and management is excellent. I didn’t need anything but they were there via phone or email asking me if I had any questions or concerns, I thought it was thoughtful and helpful just in case. They welcomed us with a beautiful basket with wine, cookies and coffee what a treat!

This was our second two month stay at Glen Ivy, and this year was just as wonderful as last year. The condo is ideally located close to so many nearby restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. We also love the proximity to Cal Tech and took advatage of their lovely grounds as well as their cultural activities. The condo is perfect and offers us all the ammentiies we like inclduing a well-stocked kitchen and a lovely private patio. We will be back next year!
