Banana Azul Beach Club with its famed restaurant, gourmet market, coffee spot, hair salon and other amenities is a short ten minute walk from the house. In both cases, shoes are optional! Throw your flip flops in a bag and walk in the warm caribbean waters to your destination, ride a bike or take a tuk tuk taxi if you like.

The home itself is a brand new 2022 build and has plenty of space to relax in a spacious living area with kitchen, living room and dining in one large space with towering 20 foot, 6 meter ceilings adorned with locally hand-made pendant lights throughout. The home has a laundry room with private washer and dryer for your use. The Air Conditioned master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with luxury linens, fans and large windows that can be opened for a gentle afternoon breeze. The track trifold doors fully open onto a private patio for this Master bedroom suite. The master ensuite bathroom with double sinks has a ceiling fan and decorative window screen to the outdoors that maintains privacy and allows the outdoor air to circulate. The air conditioned second bedroom has a queen bed, large windows, high ceilings and fans for cooling. the second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with ceiling fan, tiled walls and modern shower.

Outdoors, in the oversized porch, a beautifully crafted dining table and chairs await a lovely home cooked meal. Chairs to lounge and have a chat are placed around a low table to hold drinks and snacks. A hammock swings lazily from wood columns for a peaceful afternoon nap.
