SeaGrape Cottage

We had an amazing stay at SeaGrape for our family vacation. The house was beautiful and very well stocked with kitchen items, as well as beach essentials (umbrellas, sand toys, towels). The location was phenomenal. We walked to Atlantic or the beach daily. Property management was great and very accessible. We had an issue with the AT&T service and Yvonne helped us get it resolved as quickly as possible given the holiday. I would definitely consider this great cottage for our future trips to the area.

The home was clean and stocked with essentials - including about 10 bath towels, at least 6 beach towels, a few beach chairs and umbrella, and even a rolling cooler! It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, basically 1 mile. Really close to Atlantic Ave, we were able to walk to some of our favorite bars. The pool is lovely, and we had no issues with our stay - everything was super clean and organized! Owner was very responsive to emails/questions.

SeaGrape Cottage was the perfect rental for us - 5 women celebrating a Mother's Day long weekend vacation! The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from Atlantic Ave, and a short drive to the beach. This charming cottage was very clean and had all the necessary amenities including a spacious and fully stocked kitchen, far above what you'd expect in a rental. There were plenty of shower and beach towels, and a large umbrella and beach chairs were available for use by guests. The pool and backyard area were comfortable and relaxing, and although the pool is shared with another rental property just behind SeaGrape, there was plenty of room for everyone. Yvonne and Kate were extremely helpful and courteous to work with, and very accommodating. We are already looking forward to planning another visit next year!

this was our second time at this property and our first time at sea grape Cottage. we absolutely loved it! such a great location to the beach, walking distance to atlantic ave-and close proximity to everything! the backyard pool and outside oasis and extremely peaceful and the cottage itself is very spacious and clean. my husband and our two small children felt comfortable and had plenty of space. we enjoyed the pool so much! Yvonne and the entire staff are always excellent and super responsive! this was our third time staying with vacation living rentals and definitely wont be our last! it was a wonderful getaway and we appreciate everything!!

We were all very pleasantly surprised. You never know for sure what things will be like when you rent an unknown place to stay. But, to put it simply we all smiled with a relief, that this was just perfect for us to call home for 5 days. Despite the construction going on right next door we made it work. We left during most of the day and came back when they finished for the day. I would have gave this rental all 5 stars if it weren't for the construction next to us! Kathleen did give us options and did her best to accommodate us. 5 stars to Kathleen!!

Our stay at seagrape cottage could not have been better! We had six girls and the home was perfect, clean and beautiful. The pool in the back was awesome, you could walk to the beach, however we took ubers. Everything was so close! Yvonne and Kate were amazing, super accomodating and could not have made our stay easier and better. I would highly recommend this home for your perfect stay in Delray!

This was a great location and the private pool was excellent. I would absolutely recommend the unit and the management staff was very professional.

That said cleanliness fell short in my opinion. The rental was cleaned but no where close to the level I would clean my own home and it showed when you looked at the bottom of your feet after walking around. There was also a subtle cigarette odor and the living room furniture was well-worn.

This house was nice enough and partially updated. The furniture (especially the fabric) needs to be changed out. The front yard has many overgrown foliage and our car was covered with bird droppings.

This was a wonderful place to stay and would definitely rent again! Clean, very well appointed and has everything you need. My family stayed there for my 60th birthday (5 women) and it was comfortable, spacious, bright and sunny. Near the beach and everything you need to get to in Delray Beach. Would highly recommend - except for dates that I would request!!!! LOL!!!

Sea Grape Cottage was beautiful! Very clean, sunny, well-appointed and conveniently situated only 0.6 mile from Atlantic Avenue and all the Delray Beach shops and restaurants. Just be aware that if back unit is also occupied, you share pool area which is right outside master bedroom window.

We enjoyed Delray Beach very much - they have plenty of things to do for all ages and interests and tons of great restaurants.

The property description was accurate and looks just like the pictures. The linen closets and kitchen were fully stocked and had everything we needed for our four days in the sun including beach equipment. The location was walkable to the grocery store, restaurants, shopping, nightlife and most importantly, the beach. The cottage had enough space for 6+ adults to enjoy catching up and the backyard had a table for 6 as well as comfortable lounging chairs. The staff was helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed before, during and after our stay and were very easy to work with and responsive.

I would definitely recommend this property and Vacation Living.

The home and pool area were lovely. There was alot of rain while there. On the days we were able to enjoy the pool, there was concrete grinding and work being performed next door. This was extremely loud, very annoying, and very dusty. Furthermore, we believe a car would have been way more convenient for this property. We had to sweep the floors a couple times as there were dead bugs. The local contact was very helpful and was not know there was construction going on. She had sprayed for bugs a few days before we arrived.

We had a fantastic experience staying at the seagrape cottage! The heated saltwater pool was very relaxing and we were walking distance to shops and restaurants. The home itself was very comfortable, we were a party of 6 and there was plenty of space for everyone (plus the beds were very comfortable). We will be booking again!

We could easily walk to Atlantic Avenue or the grocery store, and the pool was a perfect option when we didn't want to go to the beach. The home was clean and exactly as presented in the photos. Excellent overall... Great location in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything; Very nice cottage style accommodations. There is guest house on the property that is rented separately - would be an ideal arrangement for a larger group or extended family. Only negative comment was it could have been a bit cleaner upon check-in.

I am often skeptic of locations, having been fooled before by carefully taken photos-- but this cottage was perfect... It was clean, gorgeous, close to Atlantic Ave, the beach... the pool was fantastic... They left the sweetest welcome package... They called to make sure we were OK... I literally could not have asked for more. And the price was reasonable for our group...love. love love.
We will go back.

As typical with Vacation Living properties, Sea Grape was spectacular. The house is so well keep and equipped with everything you could need. The location is Delray perfect and the pool area is serene. I love, love this place.

The Seagrape Cottage was perfect for our girl getaway. The beds were comfy it was stocked with everything we needed. Loved the pool! Loved the location. We were able to take walks to the beach and restaurants and all the fun bars. It made our trip so fabulous and we will definitely book it again

We are a family of 5, and stayed in this home for 4 days, 3 nights. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The kids loved the pool, which has a fountain on the side, more than they liked the ocean. The house included kitchen supplies, a washer and dryer, and towels for the shower and pool. Multiple restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. Couldn't ask for better, and we will definitely be back!

SeaGrape is just the warmest, cutest, beach cottage feel, in the best location in Delray Beach. It's in the center of a triangle where you can walk easily to: the beach, Atlantic Ave, and Pineapple Grove. We walked everywhere and loved being close to Intracoastal as well as Palm Trail, the loveliest street. We shared pool with neighbor who was so great, and she overlapped with us only 10 or so minutes a day, as she was a beach girl and we loved the pool: PERFECT. The home has it all and we appreciated how accommodating Yvonne was in all ways as the perfect property manager. Our 3 boys all visited from CO and MA and loved the house, along with other family members. Time alone with our laptops looking out at the pool and it's waterfall were tranquil and perfect. Loved the hibiscus trees, the sandy mini beach on side yard, two car ports, and a bright and charming home sweet home.

My family and I had a great stay here. I wouldn't really consider it a walking distance to the beach if you are intending or bring chairs, umbrellas, etc. However , it was a great location for strolling into town. The cottage itself was clean, adorable and professionally managed . You can't go wrong staying here !

My two almost grown daughters and I stayed there over New Year's. The house is truly walkable to everything on Atlantic, the beach and two blocks to a grocery store and a walgreens. The house itself is as pictured. Very well-equipped including a Smart TV with Netflix and HULU! The pool outside is shared with cottage behind but we looked that as fun and communal. We are hoping to return next year at the same time!

Cottage was as described and photos accurately reflected this property. The location was in proximity to the busy downtown Delray area. You could walk or take advantage of the free Downtowner golf cart service. Our group of 6 had plenty of room to spread out as well as enjoy the backyard pool area. Cottage was fully stocked with everything needed for our stay. We would rent this unit again in the future.

Very easy and the home was fully equipped. Under the circumstances, we came to FL for a funeral. But over all the home & the process was better than expected. I would rent this home again and use the Vacation living as well. The only issue would be that the front lift by the front door was out and very dark at night. Thank you.

SeaGrape cottage was as described and pictured. Everything was brand new and clean. The kitchen was spacious with everything one could need. Beds were comfortable and lots of towels and beach towels. The location was a quick walk from Atlantic avenue. The pool was clean and well kept. Would stay again.

I was able to ask them questions and they got back to me before I could finishing typing. The private pool was a great feature and everything is located very close to Atlantic Avenue. This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to lots of activities. Six of us came down to Delray Beach for a wedding, and we had a great time. The house is fine for up to six; more than that may be a little cozy. The day we checked in, the air conditioning wasn't working, but our host dealt with that immediately. Otherwise, everything was great!

The SeaGrape Cottage is a cozy home, with a nice pool, in a great location close to the beach and Atlantic Avenue. The house is super clean, well equipped, and even provides 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. We used those daily! The property manager is amazing, quick to respond to calls and super friendly and helpful. Note that the backyard/ pool is shared with 2 small apartments. This was not a problem, but if you have a small dog there is a small but nice private front porch and yard that they can enjoy with you. We loved our stay and hope to come back.

It's a cottage in the middle of Delray, beautifully decorated nice clean soothing decor. Everything we needed, fully stocked and updated kitchen, plenty of towels for the bath and pool. The pool was so relaxing, palm trees, flowers surround the pool, plenty of places to sit and relax, salt pool. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, the beach. Perfect location, perfect decor, will definitely stay again when we go to Florida. Yvonne was great anytime I called she was there to answer questions. Very pretty and relaxing home. Three bedrooms two baths plenty of room for our family of five.

Our experience was fantastic at the SeaGrape Cottage. The location is ideal if you want to be able to walk to Atlantic Ave and also be close to the beach. It is definitely in the middle of all of the action. The place was clean, well equipped and we would definitely stay here again!

SeaGrape Cottage is within walking distance of Atlantic Ave. (10 min) and Delray Beach (15 min.) The only negative is that the pool is very small and guests are expected to share with the other cottage on the property. It would also be helpful if there were a few patio umbrellas.

SeaGrape Cottage was just perfect for our annual girl’s trip. The house was fully equipped for all of our needs. The bedrooms were all great sizes. The kitchen and living area were perfect for our morning coffee and evening laughfests.
The pool is shared with two apartments but we were on different schedules with the guests who stayed in one of units. You can arrange to rent all three units if you have a large group.
The house manager Yvonne is attentive and extremely helpful. The only minor issue was the kitchen cabinets have a hidden top drawer which we didn’t discover until the last morning. We found knives, plastic wrap, dish towels and the much needed wine opener. The house was a quick Uber ride to Atlantic Ave and all its restaurants and a .75 mile walk to the beach.

Myself and 6 girlfriends rented this house for a week, we absolutely loved it! Plenty of room, close to the beach and downtown. The pool was awesome! We did not need a car... Walked, took uber or the downtowner everywhere! I would highly recommend this house to anyone. We will definitely think about renting next year again. :-)

Really enjoyed our stay with our 2 dogs at the Seagrape Cottage. We had the whole property to ourselves, making the stay even nicer. Great location, not too close and not too far from the action, and a great property. The house was clean, comfortable, and the pool was perfect.

My family was in Delray Beach for a wedding. The home was wonderful. There were a few issues, however, everything was handled quickly. They provided everything from beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, a blender. The home was very well stocked and clean.

This was a great little three bedroom bungalow in a perfect neighborhood. Walk to Atlantic and shops on Federal. Nice and clean and well provisioned. Only drawback was that the pool is shared with two other units which was no problem, just not 100% private.
