Greenview

This was beautiful house located in the heart of Burbank with such great character. It accommodated our group of 8, great three bedrooms and the air mattress worked. The backyard I wish we used more but spent more time in the big kitchen chatting, playing games and also at Universal Studios. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to Universl City Walk - wasn't horrible.

This house was perfect for the 4 of us to use as our homebase. Plenty of room and very clean. Sweet, beautiful neighborhood. Hikers will love this location as it is so very close to several trailheads.

Centrally located to all the good stuff! Shopping, groceries all just a few blocks away. Beautiful neighborhood, felt very safe. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds, spacious layout.

Kate is very responsive to questions and checked in on us to be sure we had everything we needed. She left a lovely gift basket as well. Very nice touch!

Areas to improve for guests...
Better channels on cable
Cleaning crew could be better, found dirty fixtures, dirty glasses with lipstick still on it in cabinet.
Knives were all very dull, even tried to use sharpener on them. That was a real struggle with cooking. We had to ask family to bring a sharp knife over for the BBQ.
The gas BBQ didn't work very well, probably needs new hoses or something.
All very minor issues. I'd definitely come back.

We choose a rental home in Burbank because we love the airport, easy, empty and stress-free! One son, wife and 2+ yr old flew down from Portland, OR and we had our other son over for dinner as he lives in L.A.,center city. We could enjoy the shaded back yard, sitting around the patio table, while the 2 yr was happy to run around or blow bubbles. Another positive was McCambridge Park with a GREAT kids playground, about 6 blocks away, as well as the convenience to local groceries and Starbucks, but still having the quietness of a nice, safe residential neighborhood. Hiking trails in the mts are less than a mile away, with great sights of Burbank from the top, as well as a Nature Center.

We booked this 3 bedroom 2 bath house for 3 nights when we came to Los Angeles for a wedding. It's in super condition and remodeled to fit current lifestyles. Directions for the TV and various items in a notebook. Kitchen stocked very well for cooking. Large kitchen peninsula was great. Loved that there was a driveway to park in. Convenient to park and restaurants. This house worked very well for our needs and I would stay here again.

Management company had amazing communication before and during the stay. Had an amazing yard for my child to run around in and a quiet neightborhood for early bedtimes and leisurely walks. Close to shopping for those interested and nature hikes. Place was clean and had all the necessities for the stay.

I rented this lovely Burbank home as an "overflow" house when my 3 kids and their families came for a ChrIstmas visit. It is 5 minutes from my 3 bedroom home in Glendale, and we needed all 6 bedrooms. The house is well maintained and equipped. We were pleased that they had equipment for the baby in one family. The location is great in many ways... close to downtown Burbank, 20 minutes from the Americana in Glendale, and near to Hollywood and Universal.

you This home was perfect. It brought back fabulous memories of the nearby neighborhood we grew up in, while being beautifully up to date. It was easy, with the help of two gates we brought along, to create a large space for our small dogs, allowing us to relax without worrying about what might be happening to the furniture. We especially appreciated the welcome basket that greeted us on our arrival, and the lovely neighbors. Only caveat - there are no gates enclosing the back yard, so unless yours are better trained than ours (likely, actually) you'll want to keep the on their leashes.

We had a wonderful time at our vacation rental home in Burbank this Thanksgiving! The owners provided everything we could need or want to make our stay comfortable, and we were able to hast our entire family for Thanksgiving dinner. We didn't want for anything.
The owners left us a lovely gift basket - a very nice touch - so we had a nice snack immediately upon arrival.
The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were well appointed. Everything was clean and well furnished.
I couldn't have been happier with my choice of the Greenview house in Burbank, and VacayHero.

Greenview is located in a residential neighborhood in Burbank. It has a nice back patio and garden area to enjoy being outside in the beautiful California weather. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and felt very safe. The property is close to everything you need in Burbank. Within waling distance to grocery shopping, drug stores, hair salons, restaurants and all other kinds of shopping. Several different churches within a few blocks. Easy to drive to other entertainment industry locations. The management staff was very helpful and responded quickly to our requests which were very few. Thank you Kathleen and Helen.

We have come to LA several times over the past 4 years and my companions and I agreed this was by far the best rental we’ve had. The house was spotless, very comfortable beds, a nice kitchen and large screen tv’s in the 3 bedrooms and living room. It was also very close to a friend of ours in Glendale. My wife, older Son, and I traveled to Burbank in August, 2015 for our the baptism of our first grandchild. His parents live in the area so this location was very convenient for visiting with them. We very much enjoyed our stay there. The kitchen and bathrooms have obviously been remodeled. Nearly all the items needed to live in a home were provided with the rental. It was a terrific place to host the baptism celebration and the guests commented on how nice the house is. Despite being a on a residential street the area is reasonably quiet and very lovely.

We arrived way later than expected but lights were on for us and we were able to get in with not issues. There was even a welcome basket waiting. Kate checked on us the next morning to make sure we made it in fine and that everything was to our liking...which it was beyond that. The house was amazing! From the pictures we knew it would be great but in person it was even better. Very clean, homey and more than enough space for us (my boyfriend, our 3 year old and I). Everything was as listed, even had 2 booster seats in the closet which was a lifesaver since the rental car company did not have any. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out in the backyard enjoying the weather and beautiful landscape. Our stay well exceeded our expectation, we did not want to leave. I wasn't sure if the rental will meet my standards and expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to see a welcoming basket contained wine (my favorite - Gnarley Head)!
The house is updated and has all the modern amenities. It has a very spacious living area (kitchen, dining and living area). Kitchen was equipped with everything you need.
Only comments I have is the dishes washer is very loud, can not run at night, and the floors are squeaky. I wish the owners had taken care of the squeaky floors when they renovated the house, and installed a quiet dishwasher.
Overall, it's a centrally located home with all the modern amenities. I would recommend it for anyone visiting and looking for a home for rent in the Los Angeles area.

The size of the house was perfect and enjoyable. My guests and I truly enjoyed how comfortable and home like this house was. My young children enjoyed playing in the spacious living room the entire time. Seeing them smile let me know that I made the right choice. This house was also located in a perfect spot. We had easy and quick access to the highway, shopping and restaurants. That was awesome especially since LA traffic is crazy. The only thing we had trouble with was that the house always felt cold. It was very chilly at night. When I return to the LA/Burbank area I will look this place up again.

Comfortable & Spacious
Our party of seven had a wonderful time here and would definitely consider staying here again. We were in town for a wedding and stayed a week. The beds were comfortable I liked how there was plenty of seating in the kitchen and dining area. The backyard was also beautiful and we even used the brick fireplace to roast marshmallows one night. It was also very convenient having our own driveway to park in (many of the other places we considered staying only had street parking). We had no issues come up during our stay so we were very happy!

Stayed at this beautiful home for 3 nights. When we arrived there was a basket of goodies which we devoured (thank you!). The rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms are nicely updated. The living and dining area are spacious and probably accommodate several people. We attended a pastors conference and had busy days. It was nice to come and rest in this home. It was clean, spacious, and updated. Kate was responsive to questions before our trip and checked on us while we were there (thanks Kate!). Eveyone agrreed we would stay there again. As a group of 6, we are always looking for a place that allows us to "hang out" together without having to go to each others hotel room. This house was more than perfect for our group! Its large living room allowed us share evenings watching tv, playing games, etc. The kitchen was also large and well stocked with dishes to allow breakfast at home before we headed out for the day. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. In other words, the house was fantastic! Kate was wonderful to work with - she was timely and even called us to make sure everything was fine. Overall this is a very nice property and located in a lovely neighborhood. Areas of improvement would be: More entertainment options for families - games, videos etc..The home only had one deck of cards. My biggest issue was the kitchen - It wasn't stocked very well and the pans and knives are in poor condition (handles about to fall off pans and knives could hardly cut through butter). My only other issue is that the sprinkler system came on around 5am and it is extremely loud because the system is old so you can hear it throughout it's entire cycle - I would recommend switching the time to 9 or 10 pm when people are still awake.

There were 3 couples in our group in for a long weekend of several events around the area. The house has great spaces for conversation and catching up; the kitchen, dining and living room areas are uncluttered and spacious. Sometimes sharing a bathroom can be a bit stressful but each bedroom has closet door mirrors with outlets close by that made getting ready a breeze! Plenty of soft towels and the sheets and beds were very comfortable as well. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed and we didn't want for a thing. A follow up call from the management to make sure everything was ok with our arrival and stay was appreciated. This little bungalow is in a quiet neighborhood and it's easy to get onto the freeway, we picked this location because it was close to the Burbank airport and central to all the other events we had planned. We will be back!

We loved staying at this house. So charming and the welcome basket of treats waiting for us upon our arrival was a very pleasant surprise! The house is exactly as pictured, if not better. It was a 20 minute drive to Universal theme park and there were many restaurants and stores close by. The yard was pretty and peaceful and the lemons from the lemon tree were amazing! We definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for some peace and quiet, while not being far from the theme park. The property is in a fantastic location. It is really easy to get everywhere . The property is large and the beds comfortsbke. It needs a bit of TLC though. Cracked plates , unweeded deck and only semi working BBQ didn’t help our is definitely a holiday let as well as it was a bit soulless.

Wow. This is our second stay at this wonderful home. It is set up perfectly for a family to stay. Last year it was for our Aunt's memorial. This year for our Mom/Gramma's memorial. This house is very roomy, clean and comfortable and the location is quiet and residential. It is walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The online description was very accurate. We especially liked the comfortable king bed and the walk-in shower, as well as the back yard and patio. Having two bathrooms is a big plus. The kitchen is very well equipped. Kate was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. There are two big parks a short drive up the hill, and easy access to freeways. We enjoyed Warner Brothers and Paramount and several restaurants in downtown Burbank. There were just a couple of minor issues -- both BBQ propane tanks were empty and the full tier of Dish channels is not available. Overall, though, we would recommend this property highly.

My family of 5 and I were looking for a nearby place to stay near Universal Studios. With a few days until our departure and places quickly being booked we came upon Greenview property that was within our budget. The property was a very cute 3 bedroom 2 baths home which was great. Upon, entering the home we were welcomed with a lovely gift basket filled with goodies. The home looked like the pictures advertised. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept, and downtown Burbank is a 20 minutes walk. The drive to Universal is around 20ish minutes. The property manager was easy to communicate with.

A couple of points:

We had trouble with the dryer by the fact that it wouldn't dry our clothes, and it took a couple of tries for our clothes to be dried.

The table in the family room had some scratches on it a long with the dining room table, but it didn't take away from the overall beauty of the home.

We didn't have a chance to enjoy the backyard since we were out all day/ everyday during our stay and were too tired to try the grill * next time since my husband has become quite the grillmaster*

We couldn't figure out how to use the remote in one of the bedrooms, but that's okay since we were so tired after our adventures, we just went to bed.

We definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a lovely stay near Universal or to enjoy Burbank. Greenview was lovely and very welcoming for our family and we would definitely stay there again! Thank you SO much!

This vacation was my 60th birthday and my three sisters needed a place to stay.Instead of a hotel I thought a home might serve as a warmer place to hang out. The house is extremely accommodating. Decorated nicely, very clean. The rooms are all a nice size. The backyard is a sweet little hangout. There was a very nice welcoming basket when we arrived. The stay was wonderful. The only thing I might recommend are the placement of small TV's in the two guest bedrooms and a dresser in the master bedroom. Other wise a perfect place to stay. Will stay here again.

We loved this house! It is an older house that has been completely updated. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous. Everything about it made us feel right at home. The neighborhood was adorable! I could see myself living in a place like that. We were able to get to everything we wanted to do. Most sites were within an hour (with traffic), such as Disney, Griffin Observatory, Queen Mary, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, and so much more! I highly recommend this home!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at Greenview during our trip to California. The location was great for visiting Warner Bros and Universal Studios and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It was great for each of the kids to get their own bedroom, and we loved cooking for ourselves in the lovely kitchen. One of our kids picked lemons from the trees in the yard and made fresh squeezed lemonade for us each day - delicious!

We had the entire family here, just a beautiful home. The neighborhood is quiet and you get that home feeling. This property is everything that is advertised, clean and maintained. We were greeted with a gift basket and a welcome note. I would recommend this property to everyone. The sectional is worn and the wood floors creek but overall a beautiful home.

5 Star property and location make your stay in California one to remember. We felt right at home from the moment we walked thru the door. Amenities and cleanliness top the list. Management is top notch from booking to check out. Don’t pass this one up!

The house is bright and has a nice large floor plan. Perfect for our 3 couples staying there. We were all so comfortable and loved our stay. House felt a little dirty when we arrived, but I’m overly clean so I wasn’t expecting perfection. Kate was great for contacting with any questions or concerns. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A welcoming basket of goodies was there when we arrived. The Home was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The home was cozy and quaint, with a nice backyard. A quiet street lined with great trees.the property manager was very communicative, even calling the day after we arrived to ensure everything was going well. We really enjoyed our stay. Five stars.

My friends and I stayed in this adorable home for a 5 night girls getaway trip. It was perfect for everything we needed and ideally located to all the activities we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood with a wonderful walkable downtown full of great restaurants too. Loved our time here!

We stayed at this rental in Burbank for 6 days. The place is even nicer than the pictures!! It was well stocked with anything you might need and everything was spotless!! The place is very modern and all recently redone.The location is amazing. We were visiting family and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!!

This was our second stay at Greenview and once again, it did not disappoint. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to shopping, parks, and attractions. It was spotless and nicely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen (and an upgraded refrigerator). It's great to have plenty of space, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a nice patio and back yard. The property manager responds promptly to questions and has always been cordial and accommodating to special requests. We certainly hope to be back next year!

Fantastic location and accommodation. Had a family of 5 visiting from out of country and the Greenview house worked out perfectly as a place for all of us to gather . The house was centrally located in a very nice area of Burbank walkable to Downtown with a lovely neighborhood to explore. Had all the amenities with a large kitchen perfect for gathering with everyone and backyard was private and we enjoyed a couple of family barbecue evenings there. Highly recommend this as an alternative to staying at a hotel.

We had a wonderful family vacation (2 families) at Greenview.
The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near Universal Studios. The house was very clean with a large kitchen, dining and living area. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were nicely updated. The Hall bath was large and has two sinks. Nearby is a Starbucks and Ralphs. If you are looking for a local restaurant, Lancer's was excellent for a late night bowl of soup, and delicious morning breakfast. We enjoyed Universal Studios for two days and then did the Hollywood tourist stops on day three. We enjoyed using the barbeque for a homecooked family dinner! The Management staff was awesome! Overall I would rate this property a 10 out of 10. If we ever visit the area again we will be sure to stay here!
