SeaBreeze was more than we could have ever asked for! The girls, ages 2 and 5, loved the pool, the short walk to the Intracoastal, play time at the beach & pizza from our favorite Mellow Mushroom poolside. Overall the accommodations were perfect for the whole family! We had the best weekend! We also thought that this would be a perfect location to return to with our friends & their families as there are 3 possible rentals.

My family stayed at the SeaBreeze for 4 nights. We arrived to find a basket full of goodies which was so nice since we arrived late into the night. The accommodations were terrific - comfortable beds, linens, nice bathrooms and kitchen well equipped. It was located closely to the intercoastal waterway, shops and restaurants. We brought bikes which were fun to ride around the area - easy ride to the beach. The only downside was the entrance was from the alley way and at night was not ideal. One thing to know is that the pool could be shared with other renters.

The property was lovely and clean. We had everything we needed to have a stress free vacation.I would have appreciated less visits from Yvonne. She seemed to be there daily and also confronted my son when he was taking out recycles about why he was on the property. He was staying with us. A little more privacy would have been welcome. Don't get me wrong, she was kind but I felt she was checking on us often. We had just 4 in the unit.

My wife and I stayed at Seabreeze for a first anniversary trip. We stayed for 4 nights. They had great reviews and great picture at a fare nightly price. When Entering seabreeze you just feel like you’re on vacation. Everything was spotless and put away nicely. They have a welcome booklet ready with everything you need to know about the house. With that came the welcome basket filled with great snacks and a bottle WINE! You have a little private patio with chairs and a shared smaller pool. But we got lucky and their was no one there when we were so we got it to ourselves. Very close to Publix/walgreens. And Atlantic Ave is about 15min walk. Overall I would give Seabreeze a 5 star and would definitely recommend.

Only thing would be was we thought the cleaning fee was a little high. Considering we had to empty all trash and take it to the other side of the main house and strip all the beds down.

We had a great time with a family group in both units for the week. Lovely decor, quality linens, thoughtfully-provided beach chairs and towels made our experience a wonderful one. The pool was relished by the younger members of our group, even after we spent full mornings at the beach!

Kevin and Yvonne were super responsive when we had an issue and it was resolved within 30 minutes from the time we called.

This was a lovely cottage that I stayed in for 7 nights with two other people. It was a 10 minute walk to Delray Beach's main drag, Atlantic Avenue and a 15 minute walk to the beach. The cottage was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was very clean. Wee were welcomed with a basket of yummy treats. I would highly recommend this cottage if you plan on visiting Delray Beach, Florida.

The home was beautiful! Very clean, great location, lovely pool area. Any questions that I had prior to visiting were answered right away via email. It was a very short walk to a grocery store. Very convenient location! I can't wait to go back!

A really lovely space! Close to Atlantic Avenue which has a variety of dining and shopping. There was a lovely welcome basket and the place was remodeled with really pretty and big showers. We were very comfortable there!

This property is in excellent condition and the perfect setup for a family of 3 or 4. Location is close to everything and withing the free ride zone! Only draw back was the noise of the train at night but all of Delray must hear it.

We rented this wonderful cottage in 2017 and 2018. We loved the location, the cottage, especially the two showers, and the pool, along with very nice neighbors. We wanted to rent again for 2019 and were informed that there were no openings AT ALL. SeaBreeze was fully rented to others. We are Heartbroken. SeaBreeze was perfect for my husband and me. I wish that Vacation Living made it a practice, as other owners do, to alert return renters and give them first refusal. We would definitely have returned for 2019 and for a longer stay. We will miss this home we love.

The accommodations were perfect for myself, husband and our 2 grandchildren. We had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay. We had a slight hiccup with the plumbing, but Yvonne was on top of the matter and got the problem repaired. She checked in on us regularly and was so pleasant and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with the accommodations. Thanks again Yvonne for making sure we had a 5 star stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our two small kids. This was the perfect set up for us. We had a parking space for our rental car, a beautiful pool to enjoy out back and a fenced in private patio. The cottage is also a great set up. It felt clean and inviting and comfortable. We loved that it had its own washer dryer. we utilized the pack n play provided in the unit and our two little ones shared the second bedroom. The master was great with the attached bathroom and direct access to the pool. 2 minor suggestions for the management company would be to put a top lock on the bedroom door to the pool so parents can have to option for kids to sleep in that room. The bed in the second bedroom is rather high and hard to get into for younger kids (but don’t let that deter you- just something to make note of). And like another reviewer mentioned, the pack n play was difficult to assemble. But once set up there was room for it in the bedroom next to the bed.
The location was great- we walked to Atlantic every morning (approximately 10 minute walk). The location is on a quiet street in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed strolling the surrounding streets and admiring the beautiful houses all around.
The communication with the host company was seamless and we are already booked for our return visit to our new home away from home in Delray.

The place was a great place to stay and the property manager was nice too. The pool was a nice plus. Had everything we needed and an easy walk to downtown. Some Florida bugs but hey there has to be a down fall to Florida weather.

We stayed over Thanksgiving and the house was bright, beautifully maintained, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The pool and courtyard were beautiful and the owner was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

We loved this rental! In town to visit family, it was the perfect home base. The neighborhood is wonderful. We loved walking to everything. The rental is petite but had everything we needed and the kitchen is incredibly efficient with everything you could need. It is decorated very nicely with tons of high quality towels and the finishes are very nice. The wifi is great. We used for work and school.
We were initially nervous about the shared pool due to COVID but it wasn't an issue at all. The main house and upper cottage were occupied but we all seemed to be on different schedules. The pool is lovely.
The property management company was accessible for anything we needed. Would definitely visit again.

Location, location, location! Located in a quiet neighborhood, but walkable to all the hustle and bustle of Atlantic Ave, the Beach, Publix, and Pharmacy. The property has 3 or 4 separate rental properties which share the very lovely pool area. (Not clearly stated on VRBO). Luckily, my husband and I had the pool all to ourselves for a long weekend getaway. If the other units were rented, I don't think I would have been as happy. The cottage itself was immaculate and was a nice mix of casual beach and modern luxury. The apartment above us was being renovated during our stay, but we were out exploring most days, so it was only a minor nuisance. Property management was readily available and checked in by phone when we arrived. The goody basket of chips, salsa, cookies, and wine was greatly appreciated after a long morning of travel. I would highly recommend a stay at SeaBreeze.

Took 2 adult daughters to Delray for an after Christmas holiday. Had a great stay at Seabreeze - comfortable accommodations, well stocked kitchen, super clean and tidy and we all stayed comfortably together for a week. The pool area was shared, but the other guests were all courteous and friendly. We loved the location and could walk to Atlantic Avenue and the beach (about 1.4 miles).

The accommodations at the Seabreeze location were perfect! It is a short walk into town where you will find a number of coffee shops, restaurants and nightlife. The house was very enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that you would need. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, updated and comfortable! The customer service throughout the entire process could not have been better. Kate was fantastic scheduling and Yvonne was extremely helpful and accommodating while staying there. She even stopped by to introduce herself and asked if there was anything additional, we needed.
The pool area is shared between two other couples. However, each spot had their own separate patio to provide some privacy. We would highly recommend the seabreeze as it is the perfect spot if you need an updated, modern place to stay.

My family (wife, 11 year old and myself) stayed at this place and LOVED it. Very clean and modern. It had everything you need for cooking, so no need to eat out. The pool was warm and clean and so were the showers. Beds were perfect. WiFi was fast and TV had Netflix for chill'n at night. We will be staying there again in 2021.

Seabreeze is a wonderful vacation gem. A fully stocked rental,. You couldn’t ask for anything more. We couldn’t say enough about the pool and meeting the neighbors it is a wonderful bonus. A short walk to everything the town has to offer. No need for your car if you don’t have one. And I can’t say enough about the management, any issue that comes up is resolved immediately. Will definitely rent again.

I stayed at this property for 38 days and had an excellent experience.
It showed exactly as seen in the photos. Clean and comfortable with modern kitchen and bathrooms. The best part was the spacious pool and outside deck area. Easy walk to all downtown restaurants, Publix and beach.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at Sea Breeze in Delray Beach. The property is secluded, immaculate and provides all that is needed. We stayed over 11 days and had only minor issues. The management team was quick to respond to a TV problem and small laundry room leak. The pool is lovely and the location is ideal.

I had a wonderful experience in this charming house. The manager Yvonne was exceptional. The property was delightful I would stay in any property that Yvonne manages. Every detail was taken care of including a gift basket of chips and salsa. My only regret was that I couldn’t stay longer. Thanks for a great vacation.

The unit was very clean and well appointed. Finding it was a little difficult, but Yvonne was great at giving directions. It should be noted that people with vehicles that a compact car is recommended as our SUV barely fit in the space provided.
The portable crib was nice to have as we had a 4 month old with us, but it took 2 people to set it up as the rails did not want to lock in and took two adults pulling to get it to lock. We could not get the crib to unlock upon our departure. I have one of these at home and it should not be that difficult.
The location of the unit was great we walked everywhere. The pool was very nice to have and was greatly enjoyed. A little noise from the people staying upstairs, you can hear them walking around. All in all a very nice unit.

Loved this rental. Had an issue with A/C and Wifi which owner was prompt to respond to and correct. Wonderful location, a bit of a sketchy area and alley to park in but overall easy drive or walk to town. Pool was perfect and we had it to ourselves. It would be a little small if sharing with other tenants... If you want privacy, probably recommend staying elsewhere as renters above us were really incredibly noisy until 2am every night and parked in our designated spot several times, but thats not the owners issue, thats the other renters issue.... We plan on staying here again if we ever come back to the area!

The property is very cozy, comfortable and convenient. Everything you could possibly want in a rental vacation home. This rental was great start to finish. Enough space for me my husband and my two kids, the two bathrooms is key! With the pool outside we often didn’t leave the place until midday, which was fine because everything was super comfortable. Even the pillows were some of the best I’ve ever experienced away from home. And I love my pillows!

Cottage was supplied like my home: extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rubber gloves for the sink, new washer/dryer, gift basket, comfy bedding, pillows on the sofa, etc. Very quiet location. Management was very responsive and friendly and easy to reach.

A perfect apartment for a Delray Beach getaway. Close to Atlantic Avenue restaurants and shopping and a 10-15 minute walk to beach. Sea Breeze has everything you could possibly want in a rental. Kitchen is fully equipped as well as beach equipment. Pool area is the best. Management staff is alway available for any issues.
