We had friendly and speedy communication with mgmt. It is a lovely, well-appointed home in a quiet residential neighborhood near all the sights we wanted to see on our vacation. The yard is very pretty and nicely maintained, the house was very clean, the beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our family of five to spread out and relax. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit L.A.

My and my mom's stay at this vacation rental was excellent! It was clean, quiet, and had ton of room! It was also close to the concert stadium where we went to see and easy to find. The owners gave good instructions on how to get in and take care of the place during our stay. This beautiful home was a pleasure to stay in, so much so that we ate in 2 nights instead of going out to a restaurant so we could make good use of the lovely patio & back yard, it was so peaceful sitting out there in the evening.
The house was immaculate and had everything you could possible need.
We were greeted with a lovely gift box of goodies including wine, which was a lovely welcome.
I couldn’t recommend this property any higher, the details in the property guide were great and help was only a phone call away if we needed it, it was amazing!

The house is located in a very nice and calm neighbourhood that feels safe to be in. Lots of spacious living areas and a nice backyard.
The communication with Vacation Living has been excellent, although we would've appreciated more exact information about the house in advance, such as exterior pictures, as well as information about the area.
All in all, it's been a perfect place to stay for a family of 4.

The house was in a beautiful neighborhood, convenient to Culver City and Marina del Rey where there is plentiful shopping and restaurants.
The living and dining rooms were spacious and comfortable and my family of 6 was able to enjoy visiting with us. Bedrooms were lovely and beds very comfortable.
The electric stove top was problematical, ice maker and water dispenser not working but those were small incidentals in a very workable and well supplied kitchen. Any problems were remedied in a timely fashion.
We are looking forward to returning.

Good house- very spacious and with many 'extras' ( playpen, child booster seat )no need to go grocery shopping for every single item.
Great location- quiet area and close to everything- grocery store, main highways, beach, airport)
The only down side- the days were very hot and there is no AC.

We rented the place along with our friends family. Owner Kate was very nice. It was midnight by tbe time we got there. She had left us a welcone basket with cookies, tostitos, salsa and a wine bottle. We stayed there for 4 nights. Kids all loved the place. Lovely backyard. Her house had everything we wanted like towels, kitchen utensils...the house is closer to so many restaurants, sight seeing, beaches and stores. Metro stops right when you come out of the community. Overall, an amazing owner and beautiful house.
Just the powder room toilet kept the water running after flushing.

My family and I were invited to California for my grandson and his lovely fiancee's wedding. We are all from Texas and Louisiana, but his beautiful bride to be has older family members unable to travel
plus many extended family here so the groom's family came here. We absolutely loved the home. It was so beautiful and very convenient to everything we wanted and needed to was close to LAX AIRPORT which we wanted because of early flights out. The home is in a lovely neighborhood. Quiet, not alot of traffic. The home is older so the kitchen and half bath is not updated. The air mattress in the front bedroom is very noisy. I would recommend putting an actual queen size bed in there. There were no instructions on how to operate the tv and cable boxes so the first day I was trying to figure that out. We couldn't find the key to unlock the sliding doors for the backyard so we went through the master bedroom. Overall everything was clean. Easy access to the freeways and it's literally 12 mins from the airport. The restauranTs in the area were very good. It's also down the street from a mall. Overall, a good stay.

Location was great. Home was clean. Backyard space was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. The only minor issues we ran into were the master bedroom toilet didn't flush (we did it manually) and the food processor didn't work. We also wish there would have been games to use. We found one puzzle but it had pieces missing. Overall we loved our stay and the property manager was very communicative. We would stay here again!

This home was so much more than expected. We knew it would fit our family, but when we pulled up, we thought it was the wrong house. The pictures online did Sea Rose no justice. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and perfectly mintained. Sea Rose is the perfect location, so close to Hollywood, the coast, Disneyland and LAX. We really couldn't have chosen a better spot. Although we took in the sights, we were just as happy playing in the huge backyard and barbecuing. When the time came to leave, we just weren't ready. We contacted the property managers so see if it was available, they responded within 20 minutes. We would more than gladly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful LA experience. We will definitely be coming back in the years to come!

Attended a family wedding in Culver City. While the rest of our family stayed at typically sized hotel rooms, the five of us enjoyed the spaciousness of this house. The home is a little dated, but very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. After running around LA for three days, we decided to just hang out around their comfortable home the last day and eat leftovers.

This is a very nice, comfortable home. We stayed here mid-November 2018. The home was clean and the landscaping was very nice. It has a nice quiet and safe backyard for the kids or just sitting outside. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We were pleased to find a few snacks left for our enjoyment and after our long flight, it was a very well received gift. The beds are comfortable with plenty of linens if needed. The bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen had enough utensils for our at-home dinner one evening: and we used the backyard BBQ which works exceptionally well. This is a great home. We had three families at the home and compared to the price of hotel room, this was an absolute great deal. We would definitely recommend this home for the traveling family or person(s) that needs a little peace and quiet in-between the rush of city life.

The house was very spacious and is in a nice neighborhood! We had absolutely no problems with the neighbors or the location. The house is nicely furnished but the furniture could be updated. The house does not come with AC but is provided with fans. My first night was extremely hot but the owner was very sweet and responded to all text in a timely manner regarding ALL needs. Overall the stay was wonderful and the property owner was very efficient and nice. I would book this location again! Especially after experiencing the city, this was a very nice home and neighborhood. The complimentary items were very thoughtful as well! I love how the home is stocked with items that you can use and replace if needed. Very thoughtful!

This spacious house has a charming 60s vibe to it. With 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is perfect for 3 couples. The back lawn is very private, with shady and sunny places to sit. The kitchen is well equipped, and it has two living rooms. Our family was in town for a wedding, and it was a great base to rest and recuperate in. We all loved it.

I can't say enough great things about this house! It was on a nice street, plenty of parking, VERY nicely decorated and amazingly clean. It was equipped with everything we needed which was great because we flew in from the east coast so we didn't bring much.

The house was pretty fancy, but my kids (and my nieces and nephews) felt right at home. The outdoor space was great for playing and eating and we very much enjoyed using the BBQ. I can't say enough good things about this house and our vacation!!

The house is in a very good location, lots of space for a big family (or even two, as in our case). Easy access to the city and attractions (by car), with comparatively low traffic.
The house is well equipped and has everything needed.
It was reasonably clean, but I would say carpets, furniture and bathrooms need some renewal. There was a smell of an "old house".
The host was very helpful and responsive. We forgot some of our clothes in the house (and forgot about that) and she contacted us and arranged return of our stuff.
It was also very pleasant to find a "compliment" in the kitchen upon our arrival - thanks a lot!

Lovely home in a very nice area. We enjoyed the yard and neighborhood. The toilets are a bit quirky, running all the time. Sprinkler system sounds like it's powered by a motorcycle engine. Otherwise, great house!

Six of my family members stayed at the SeaRose for an event nearby and it was great! It was true to the description, which was very spacious with more than enough room for everyone, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. The management was easily available to answer any questions and quickly rescued my family when accidentally locked out of the house. It was a very enjoyable experience, would definitely stay again and recommend others do too!

The house was fantastic. My sister and I had a wonderful L.A. vacation. We had our kids, ages 8, 9, 11, and 14 with us. There was enough space for the six of us. The back yard feels secluded and peaceful even though you are in the second largest city in the U.S. We were super close to the beach and had easy access to the highway to get to all the other touristy things one does in Los Angeles. Our hosts were communicative and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We hope to stay at Sea Rose again.

4 adults and 1 toddler stayed at SeaRose for 6 nights. The location of the house was perfect for us. The neighborhood was very nice with manicured lawns, it was quiet and seemed quite safe. We loved the decor of the house, it was like stepping into an updated version of my parents house in the 60s. There was more than enough space for the 5 of us. It was clean, the kitchen had just about everything we needed. The showers were good, we did have a problem with the faucet in the bathtub. It was stuck in shower mode so giving a bath to a child required some creative thinking. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was free of clutter, there were just a few things we had to move to keep out of reach of toddler's hands which was a plus. We spent a lot of time in the backyard patio area which was perfect for a child to play in. I did have to clean the patio table and chairs, it looked like they hadn't been used recently. Communicating with the manager was easy and response time was immediate. Overall, we had a great stay at SeaRose and would recommend it to friends and relatives, we would certainly go back again.

My family of five rented the Searose home to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday with other family members who live nearby. We chose this property and location due to its close proximity to my relatives, that it had 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms that comfortably accommodated me and my husband, our two adult children and our son in law, and it was important that it was all one level since my mom uses a walker. The master bedroom, bath and walk-in closet were all huge. The bed was very comfortable and the area was very quiet. My daughter was pleasantly surprised that the inflatable mattress in the one bedroom was as comfortable as a real bed! The extra half bath is off one bedroom, so everyone had their own which was great. We were also happy with the full size washer and dryer. The backyard is huge and had a nice patio area with a good size gas BBQ. There was ample parking in the driveway and in front of the house. The neighborhood was quiet and really nice. It isn't really in walking distance to any sights, but it is a short drive to Venice and Marina Del Rey which makes it a convenient location. I would definitely stay at Searose again!

Enjoyed our time at the house. It fit the 5 of us perfect. Lots of space and very quiet neighborhood. Most places we visited were not too far from the house so traffic wasn’t as bad as I was anticipating. The beds were very comfortable and having more than one shower helped us get ready for our day quickly. There was a mailbox at the end of the street as we sent out postcards. Privacy in the backyard to hangout. It was a great place and I would stay again.

Meticulously clean, the place had old California charm (grand piano, huge stone fireplace, white sofas, blue bath tub, chandeliers, etc). Our family of 5 stayed at this location - we all loved the place. Very spacious, very well maintained and very well equipped. We had separate bedrooms and bathrooms for the members of the family. Our recent 5-night visit to L.A. was enhanced by the accommodations at SeaRose. The location was perfect ... quiet; easily accessible; in a safe neighborhood with well-kept homes and lawns; and convenient to nearby businesses and restaurants.

The 3 bedrooms worked well for us. Nice layout.
perfect location for us: 15 min. from LAX;
25 min. from our daughter's place in Culver City.
Close to the 405. 30 min. to Venice and Santa Monica beaches. Since we were in LA for the Rose Bowl we wanted to watch the Dec. 31 college playoff games but the Directv service did not include ESPN (most bowl games are on ESPN, not network TV). Kate worked with the owner on New Years Eve to add ESPN (and some HBO too). Can't beat that service on the last day of the year.

This home is a lot bigger than we were expecting it to be. The location is amazing. In a beautiful area and very central to day trips for various sightseeing activities.
Kate was very quick with responses to any questions we had and very pleasant.
