This bathroom even includes a television.

Through the living room you access the large formal dining room and kitchen with butlers pantry stocked with every kitchen gadget the chef could wish for! There is a traditional drip style coffee pot, a Nespresso, and toaster. Additionally all cutlery as well as all plates, bowls and cups are stocked. There are basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) for your cooking needs!

PARKING: Open driveway and street parking. Note: this home only has parking for TWO cars. There is no garage access. The home is on a steep hill and you MUST CLIMB STAIRS to access the home
