In the open and airy living space, you will find a lovely dining area and table that can accommodate up to 4 people. The very modern and fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for the cook to enjoy preparing delicious meals at home should one desire.

The primary bedroom suite is a welcoming sanctuary with a queen-size bed, luxurious linens, and beautiful furniture including a Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a shower.

In addition to the building's fun indoor recreational area which includes a pool table, you will also have access to a large shared outdoor swimming pool, gas BBQ grill, and great accommodations with cozy loungers, chairs & tables. This delightful area is perfect for sunbathing by day and enjoying a scrumptious dinner by night.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is outfitted with a full size stove/oven and a full set of cookware and all the utensils one could need. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, a toaster, and a microwave. Additionally, all cutlery and tableware are provided. Basic spices like sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil are also available for your cooking needs.

PARKING: One assigned parking space is included. Space for guest(s) is also available.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS BUILDING DOES REQUIRE ITS OWN APPLICATION AND RENTAL AGREEMENT that takes at least 14 days for approval and $100 one time fee.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
